I qualified in 1997 and have worked in practice for a long time! Having said this I still enjoy my job and the challenges it brings – no day is the same. I love meeting with clients old and new to discuss ways in which we can help them grow and develop their businesses. Basically I like meeting people and talking!

Married to a builder I have a good working knowledge of the construction industry and in a former life I worked in the hospitality industry so this industry is also close to my heart.

In addition; I am part of the team that organise the annual West Oxfordshire Business Awards and also run the Buttercross club - a monthly networking lunch club.

In the next eighteen months both my children are getting married so I seem to now also be working as a part-time wedding organiser. In my spare time I like to blow the cobwebs away with a run, enjoy cooking and reading and share an allotment with my daughter. We love to travel and have, over the last few years, had some exciting holidays in India, Borneo and South America but we still have a long wish list of places to visit. However I love skiing and always make sure I get away for at least one ski trip a year.
